Coast Capri Hotel - Kelowna

It was in the very central location on a boulevard.

The hotel of choice in Kelowna. Exceptionally clean accommodation, professional and efficient staff at the reception desk. Very good building and rooms with a balcony. Satisfactory breakfast for all tastes with orange juice. Friendly check in and late check out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

The room I booked was upgraded to fresh minimalist design and available with a balcony. The location was quiet, just off good restaurants, and the downtown core as well as the water front and park. I ate at the poolside restaurant near the hotel.

very convenient location

The hotel is too old and it is in desperate need of updates. The fridge was not working properly and the tv did not work at all. We needed internet anyway not the tv. It was clean but extremely old, no charm or character at all. It is not a bad hotel but not priced accordingly. I would have paid 50-60 $ per night instead of 145$ ,thinking of being fair. Hope you can take this opinion constructively which is really my intention. Thanks for the opportunity to speak up.

Quiet rooms with a balcony, and nice pool.

Cleanliness of the room and magnificent pool!

Professional service, clean and orderly facility.

Booked a two bed room, but got a single bed room. Asked for a room with 2 bed after seeing the room, not available.

Overpriced and noisy with kids everywhere.

Liked breakfast. . . pool and beds were comfortable.

hotel could use an update. Also more info on activities and restaurants in the area. Staff were not that pleasant.

Bathroom accessories were nice. Bed although small double, was great and pillows too. Initial smell in room reminded me of hospital gowns. Are cleaning products the same?

No continental breakfast. We like the Best Western for that.

great access to parks and restaurants for city explorers

I loved having easy access to Kelowna City Park, just about 2.5 km away. The heated outdoor pool was such a nice touch to relax after a day of exploring.

The room was very comfortable, enjoyed the in room fridge, ipod dock and shower amenities. Liked that the hotel was close to our friends that we were visiting.

When I checked in they only had me reserved for 1 night however I had reserved 3 nights. She made it seem like my mistake and when I showed her my confirmation she did not make an apology for the mix up. At Breakfast some staff members were not the friendliest

The full buffet breakfast which was included with our room added value to the price of one night.

Everything was fine, but moldy bathroom
